LOVE YOUR SKIN
The old adage that beauty comes from within is never truer when it comes to diet. Banish a dull looking complexion, spots and dark shadows under your eyes by shunning convenience foods and treating your body to a skin-beautifying diet. Blend the diet with the vitamins with goodness. My favourite skin vitamins are Evening Primrose, flaxseed oil which you could find in HB or any other Health shop.

Take a route to good skin health with Rose Water and Glycerine. Almond Oil known as sheer butter. This is the cheapest method to bit saggy skin and they make you look forever young.

Do you really give your skin the loving care it deserves? Well, you may have to think again, good skin care is more than just a cleanse tone or using the body scrub/body wash 20 times a day.
